Burgers' zoo

オランダのバーガーズ動物園へ。

森のなかが、そのまま動物園になっているかのような広々とした動物園。

We went to the Burgers' zoo in Holland. Agh, love gorillas .

ゴリラ見飽きない。人間みたい。

日本にイギリスと、島国に暮らしていた私にとっては、週末のたびに車ですうっと色んな国にいける感覚がいまだにふしぎ。

日曜日のドイツは、一部レストラン以外は全部お休みになるので、オランダへ買物にでかけたりします。陸続きってすごい。

For me who came from the island nation of Japan, it is still wonder to be able to cross the border easily without showing a passport.We sometimes go for shopping to Holland as most of shops are closed on Sunday in Germany.

熱帯雨林のCafeも良い具合に錆びている。Cafe in a tropical rainforest.

 

キリンやシマウマをみながらごはんを食べたり。having a lunch with giraffes and zebras.

 

100年以上も前にできたのでしょうか。Was the zoo built over 100 years ago..?
